CEA was set up in July 2008 to provide EPCs for property sales and rentals. Since then we have produced EPCs for over 1000 properties. EPCs are sent within 24hrs of inspection.
The cost of an EPC is £37.00 for any property with up to and including five bedrooms. Please call for a price if the property is larger.
